The Menu springs from three Michelin starred Chef Umberto Bombana and protégé Chef Eugenio Iraci’s passion for the simplicity of Italian food. In the selection you will find elements of Italian regional cuisine, revisited classics and some of Chef Bombana’s most signature dishes, all executed with the best available ingredients and served with warmth and expertise by Chef Eugenio Iraci.
Following the “Opera” concept of excellence and creativity, the wine list holds an extensive selection of International wines, mainly Italian, stored in the unique glass tower, equipped with advanced humidity and temperature control technology. A modern display highlighting the richness and variety of the Opera BOMBANA collection for the delight and choice of the patrons.
